Job overview
Work as part of the Office Admin Support team for your office
Support legal divisions with paper based admin tasks so they can carry out their roles in providing legal services to clients

Main duties and responsibilities:

Scan, print and photocopy
Organise incoming mail
Save correspondence and documents to iManage
Create court bundles (DR)
Create and update hard copy bibles (Edinburgh Funds)
Prepare electronic bibles
Locate related files and documents for closed matters
Prepare documents for offsite storage, including creating inventories (Property)
Send documents to offsite storage
Recall records from offsite storage
Open physical files, file hard copy documents and manage filing cabinet space
File library loose leafs
Update the Powers of Attorney spreadsheet for offsite and internal POAs
Manage internal Powers of Attorney (Edinburgh Funds)

What will I learn?
SCQF Level 6 in Business and Administration

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and 3E

Comply with all in-house policies and procedures
