Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Type: Modern Apprenticeship
Contract: Permanent – Mon – Friday 9am – 5pm
Salary: £7 p/h 37.5 hour week.

HRM Homecare provides support to Children & Families, Adults with Disabilities and Older People. Our support services work alongside clients to lessen the pressures on them, their family and friends by taking over some of those caring responsibilities and pressures. We aim to reduce the stresses of life and lighten the daily chores that age, illness or work make difficult.

Work Environment:
The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing and Communications manager in our Coatbridge office. The role will be primarily based in Coatbridge however on occasion there will be the opportunity to visit our other offices. The Marketing Assistant will also be expected to sometimes collaborate on projects with the wider team.
What might a day in this job look like?
Industry based online research.
Social media campaign building
Social media ad campaigns
Writing content and posts
Scheduling
Creating and implementing email marketing campaigns
Using analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns.
General administration
Co-ordinating events
Maintenance of our social media sites
What will I learn?
This apprenticeship will help you achieve SCQF level 6 in Digital Marketing.
What Qualifications / Qualities are required?
Ideally candidates will have obtained a National 5 qualification in English or Maths.
A National 5 qualification in Business Studies would be an advantage but not essential.
A passion for social media
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Knowledge of LinkedIn would be an advantage, but not essential.
Good Communication
An understanding of SEO and PPC
Experience in photo editing or graphic design
Great ideas
Good organisational skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
